By opting in at https://app.facilitycustodian.com/signup, you agree to receive text messages from Facility Custodian related only to account authentication, account notifications, and responses to messages or photos you send to the system.

Message types may include one-time passcodes, verification confirmations, account activity updates, and replies tied to user-initiated support or record submissions. Facility Custodian does not use this campaign for marketing or promotional messaging.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with the service.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Facility Custodian is not responsible for carrier charges.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you complete a new opt-in flow.
