SMS Messaging Consent
Facility Custodian uses a public web signup form as the primary and only opt-in path for this SMS program.

How Users Opt In
Users opt in by entering a mobile phone number on the public signup form and manually checking an unchecked consent checkbox before submitting the form.
Exact checkbox disclosure:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Facility Custodian for account authentication, account notifications, and responses to messages you send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."
Verification Flow
After the signup form is submitted, the user receives a one-time verification code by SMS and must enter that code to verify ownership of the mobile number before further account-related messaging is enabled.
Program Scope
Facility Custodian sends SMS messages only for account authentication, account notifications, and responses to messages or photos that the user sends to the system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Facility Custodian does not use keyword-based text opt-in for this campaign, and it does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.
Opt-Out and Help
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Users may request assistance at any time by replying HELP or by contacting support@facilitycustodian.com.
