For SMS workflows, we may also store the consent timestamp, disclosure version, source URL, phone-number verification events, delivery logs, and related message history needed to document and support the SMS program.

We use information to operate and improve the Facility Custodian service, authenticate accounts, send account notifications, respond to user-initiated messages and photo submissions, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Facility Custodian collects SMS consent only on the public signup form at https://app.facilitycustodian.com/signup. Users must enter a mobile phone number and manually check an unchecked-by-default consent box before submitting the form.

SMS message categories are limited to account authentication, account notifications, and responses to messages or photos the user sends to Facility Custodian. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Facility Custodian does not send marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business, to legal or regulatory authorities when required, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the SMS program is used only to operate and support the requested messaging service.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for business, contractual, legal, security, and compliance purposes, including retention of SMS consent and delivery records when needed to document program compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
